What will you do

• Handling Primary & Secondary sales with distributor and Sub – distributer through different Channels

• Field work with sales person, Pilot salesman & merchandiser In all Channels & on the Job training to Improve their Productivity

• Enhancing the efficiency of Channel partner.

• Coordinating RSR team ( third Party ) which includes salesman, merchandiser & team leaders

• Grab the Opportunity for new business in the market &Pushing the right product with respect to customer.

• Take the appropriate selling tools to the market.

• Lively participation with Display, Sampling and Merchandising activities in Market Excellence .

• Appointing new distributors and re-distributer for business growth.

• In Store fundamentals

• Related Administrative work (Claims, Promoter attendance, Expense Reporting etc.)

• Reporting – Weekly and monthly sales, team targets and achievement etc.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

• Education: Required Graduation, Preferred MBA

• Required Years of Related Experience: 3-6 yrs,
