We are hiring Communication Executives for our real estate company in Mohali.
Responsible for Tele calling to the clients in getting their desired properties.
Responsibilities:
Manage outgoing and incoming calls.
Provide project information to customers.
Multi-task on various projects which are relevant to the company
Follow up customer calls where necessary..
Complete call logs and reports
Desired Candidate Profile:
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills Mandatory
Real Estate knowledge is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Knowledge of customer service.
Basic data entry and typing skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹17,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
