Senior Finance Analyst – Accounts Receivable

Senior Finance Analyst – Accounts Receivable
What this job involves:
Analysing cash/amount received in the bank deposits and made the application against the tenant accounts
Analyse and Research the history of tenant ledgers against the over/short payments.
Performing quality check to ensure all the deposits are correctly applied against each tenant accounts
Query handling – working upon all queries received and keeping a close tab on any pending queries that could be resolved and following up on rest
Contacts Accountants and Property teams whenever is necessary to determine proper payment application
Research and analyse the duplicate and erroneous payments
Participate in special department projects/initiatives as directed
Archiving, records retention and audit support
Escalate unresolved issues/concerns
Assist in training of new employees as needed
Working on different process related and ad-hoc reports
Support cross functional processes as and when required
Keeping all the process related documents intact on real time basis

Employee Specifications
Strong Finance background, Commerce graduate or Post Graduate is preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Order to Cash specifically Cash Application role is preferable
Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail logical thinking and carry a positive attitude to develop solutions quickly
Impactful communication (written and verbal) to interact with clients and strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethics
Working knowledge of MS office (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook) required
Performance Objectives
Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions
