What this job involves:

• Support manager in business development activities and project execution.
• Understanding the market in depth, government departments, policies etc
• Meeting clients and generating leads for new opportunity
• Undertaking physical site visits and micro market visits to get orientation of site, location and collate information, etc.
• Consistently add value in the deliveries in terms of creativity, innovation, solutions.
• Help achieve timely submission by understanding client’s objectives and proper coordination with subordinates, manager, business leads (if required).
• Collaborate/Discuss with other geography team member’s daily/weekly basis to keep himself/herself updated with the market trends.
• Upgrading skillsets by attending various external and internal trainings/sessions conducted by JLL.
• Ensure optimum client service delivery and engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, and presentations, follow up, timely submission of deliverables. Strictly follow JLL way of execution.
• Open to travel across Pan India for project execution

• 10+ years in government advisory
• Worked in urban sector
• Self-starter, team player
• Passion in Government Sector and Drive for Innovation
• Working of assignments with tight deadlines
• Passion, integrity, critical thinking / analytical skills, agility / flexibility, a continuous learning mindset
• Excellent organization skills, ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines
