Leading the Sales force at main showroom and network outlets to achieve month-on-month growth in sales volumes of Two wheelers.

Organizing and Conducting Sales promotional activities like Exchange/Loan Melas, Displays etc at all outlet locations of the dealership with special focus on network outlet locations.

Conduct periodic Rally of Motorcycle customers to develop brotherhood and also build the brand. Lead the team, provide them guidance and training whenever required and keep them motivated for effective performance Visit network outlets periodically to ensure sales targets are met and also that all required systems are being followed without fail Ensure that DMS requirements are always met as per OEM instructions Ensure that proper MIS is provided to management without fail Any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
