Operational Hours – 9 AM to 7:30 PM
Shift Hours – 9 hours and 8 hours of production

Salary – 18K CTC Fresher and 19K CTC Experienced

Education – Graduate / Undergrad with exp

Skillset

– Stability
– Good in English
– Should not fumble while speaking in English or Hindi
– Who can patiently listen to the Customer
– Who have convincing skill
– As the process requires a lot of discussion making hence I suggest an aptitude test
– Should take ownership of the call
– They don’t need any language people, only English/Hindi would do. If the candidate knows any other language that would be an additional benefit. But not required as such at the moment.
