About the Team: The Retirement BPaaS team provides services to Third Party Administrators in the United States. We help manage day-to-day recordkeeping operations and year-end annual administration and reporting for Defined Contribution plans. Our services are catered to FIS Retirement clients using FIS Retirement Products. What You Will Be Doing: As a Level I Account Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to complete daily administrative tasks related to the management of a retirement plan. These tasks may include handling enrollments, contributions, distributions, loans, investment elections, transfers, and other assigned processes. You may also need to collaborate with internal FIS departments to resolve any application or hardware issues related to your daily functions. General Duties & Responsibilities: – Process assigned tasks for retirement plan administration. – Perform typical processing activities for Defined Benefits and Defined Contribution plans, such as indicatives, enrollments, contributions, distributions, loans, or other necessary activities. – Utilize various systems, such as FIS workflow software, FIS financial recordkeeping software, participant and sponsor-facing websites, and other business applications as needed. – Meet or exceed target goals for SLA parameters, such as turnaround time, productivity, and quality. Address discrepancies and provide feedback for assigned processes. – Learn complex ideas and processes and follow all related Standard Operating Procedures. – Participate in team meetings. – Commit to ongoing training and development. – Adhere to all security requirements and FIS policies, including attendance and compliance. What You Bring: Skills and Knowledge/Experience: – Knowledge of the US Retirement Domain. – Ability to understand, learn, and follow detailed procedures. – Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. – Proficiency with computers and good keyboard skills. – Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications. – Strong research, analytical skills, and attention to detail. – Willingness to learn and take on additional tasks. – A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment and adapt to change. – Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. – Dependable and flexible, with the ability to work shifts and overtime when necessary. Desired Knowledge/Experience: – Familiarity with financial terminology. – Understanding of the financial services industry. – Previous experience processing financial transactions. – Moderate understanding of FIS Retirement Applications like Omni, Relius, etc. Qualifications: Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management/Administration, or a related field of study. Competencies: – Excellent oral and written communication skills. – Collaborative: Ability to collaborate with different groups and complete assigned tasks. – Attention to detail: Understand customer requirements and process accordingly. – Organized approach: Manage and adapt priorities based on client and business needs. – Team Player: Be part of a global team.
