About the Team:

What You Will Be Doing:
Provide technical support for software production processing

Install, maintain, and support application/source code and components

Detect, diagnose, and report problems

Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, or errors related to application failures

Assist programming staff in analyzing software performance and resource consumption

Create and maintain documentation for application software support

What We Are Looking For:
5-9 years of experience in HPE Nonstop, TACL commands, and Tandem for production support

Secondary skills in Unix, SQL, and Shell scripting

Experience with automation production support

Ability to handle incidents effectively

Excellent communication skills

Willingness to work rotating shifts, including one week of full night shift per month
