Job Opportunity: Full-time Mainframe Support with SQL

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide support 24/7.

Work on rotational shifts, including morning, evening, night shifts, and weekends.

Assist in technical support activities for software production processing.

Install, maintain, and support application/source code and its components, including third-party software.

Detect, diagnose, and report problems.

Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, or known errors related to application failures.

What You Bring:
3-6 years of experience in IBM Mainframe technologies.

Experience in L2 and L3 production support on IBM Mainframes.

Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.

1+ year of production support experience in Windows and SQL.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills That Would Be a Plus:
Good networking knowledge (network layers, TCP/IP).

Experience in payments and/or banking domain.

Automation experience.

Experience in the financial services industry.

Experience in matrix management of resources.
