Title: Senior Engineer

Duties

• End of Line testing ( SMART test programming) , Advanced electronic tractor circuit understanding and troubleshooting for End of line testing ( SMART test programming)

• PLC Integration for Manufacturing Execution system (MES)

• Handling new development for new tractor model requirements with respect to MES & other data capturing

• PLC Programming for new mistake proofing requirements for Safety & quality with MES system

• Developing program for DC tools controllers as per requirement in tractor model

• MES tags creation, WI stations and SCADA stations MES issues troubleshooting

• Smart connect factory digital solutions implementation

• Handling latest versions PLC programs of S7 1200, 1500 SIEMENS PLCs

• Taking care of Advanced SIEMENS VFDs and other electronic hardware in machines

• Ensuring maximum availability of test equipment like DT test bed, leak test etc.

• Ensuring regular back up of all PLCs, Controllers & handling software updates required for 5M equipment

Desired

• Industry 4.0 SCF concepts, AI, ML knowledge

• QMS EMS system knowledge

Required

• Relevant work experience of programming of SIEMENS PLC based equipment, End of line testing ( SMART test) , MES system, advanced test bed, ECUs/VCUs programming, MES integration in with following skills & knowledge

• Excellent trouble shooting knowledge

• Expert in MES integrated equipment with SIEMENS PLCs, VFDs.

• Thorough knowledge of electrical circuits of Electrohydraulic & Electro Pneumatic circuits. Must be able to design or modify electrohydraulic & electro pneumatic circuit.

• Good understanding of complex electrical circuit drawings.

• Excellent root cause analysis & corrective/ preventive actions.

• Thorough knowledge of various controller maintenance & trouble shooting.

• Hands on experience of PLC programming. Machine PLC retro fitting, Refurbishing Relay contactor based machine into PLC controlled machine.

Education

• BE Electrical/ Electronic Engineering with 5-6 year experience
