Johnson Controls International Hiring for Project engineer at Mumbai Full Time
Main responsibilities:
1)Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
2)Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
3)Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
4)Effectively applies company methodology and enforces project standards.
5)Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
6)Minimizes branch representatives’ exposure and risk on project.
7)Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
8)Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
9)Manages project budget.
10)Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
11)Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices, etc.
12)Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
13)Adherence to quality standards, by performing primary quality control.
Adherence to JCI processes/ policies/ standards with process audits.
