Jolly Motors Hiring for Sales Head – used cars at Ahmedabad, Gujarat Full Time

· Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals;

· Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses;

· Desk both used and new car deals;

· Handle and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally;

· Assist in hiring, training and effectively leading sales associates and ensures all dealership policies are always followed;

· Maintain inventory with a quick turn rate;

· Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance;

· Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers;

· Help manage all other aspects of the sales department;

· Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas;

· Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles;

· Describe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchase;

· Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot;

· Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects;

· Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
