Do you live and breathe digital? We can offer you an exciting role where you get to play a pivotal role to manage JLL corporate website projects, participate in teams’ planning, scheduling and work delivery.

Roles & responsibilities

• Managing the workflow for the publishing team by evenly assigning work to the Publishers as per the bandwidth and turn-around time of specific projects
• Responsible for the quick review of submitted information, captures deviations and highlight it to the stakeholder during initial scoping of projects.
• Liaison between the team and stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination between the team and stakeholder.
• Ensure delivery deadlines are met, communications and interaction with stakeholders for managing workflow and aligning delivery timeline. Escalate and flag any likelihood of failure to complete project by deadlines within the team
• Help to prioritize responsibilities for the team in alignment with the stakeholders.
• Responding to queries from stakeholders, management of complaint.
• Ensure that policies and procedures are followed consistently and highlight necessary amendments
• Continuous improvement initiatives, report automation using Workfront platform

• Maintain various reports and dashboards and keep record of all logged hours and ensure all activities within the team are performed accurately, timely and efficiently

• Accountable for time and resource management of the team

We’re looking for Workflow coordinator with at least 2-4 years or more who will manage the Website related project using Workfront Platform.

Immaculate knowledge

• Expert in using Workfront platform

• Good analytical, problem solving skills

• Organized person, capable to document and keep track of processes and status

• Excellent communication skills in English language

• High attention to detail with consistent high quality deliverables

• Skilled in MS-Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)

Employee specification

• Graduates/Postgraduates from any field

• 2-4 years of professional experience in client servicing

• Shift timing: 9AM – 6PM

• Location: Gurugram
