Jorbis Impex India Hiring for Account Executive at Dhārwād Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities: –

• Accounting of daily cash & credit collection.
• comparison and integration of tally books with LIS Reports/Transactions.
• Reconciliation of inter branch & inter company balances.
• Bank reconciliation of all accounts.
• Preparation of cheques for employees, vendor and accounting of all payment transaction with 100% accuracy level.
• preparation of all professional bills , signing from doctors and maintaining the same.
• Reconciliation of salary advances.
• filing and maintenance of accounting records (cash/purchase), bills, vouchers etc.
• Reconciliation of MPOS & Citrus payment. follow up of refund entries in LIS.
• Provide books & records to Auditors.
• Responsible for accounting of all credit collections of all centers on daily basis. & outstanding status reports by every 15 days.
• Responsible of keeping and maintenance of daily accounting records, other assigned task by manager accounts from time to time.

Skills and Attributes Required:

• Minimum experience of 4-5 years in Hospitals/Healthcare
• Experience with Tally/ERP is must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to churn out quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Communication/Reading /Writing Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: ₹26,000.00 – ₹34,000.00 per month
