Job Details:

Job Role:

• Primarily responsible for leading the respective functional teams of the dealership so as to achieve dealership business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer oriented approach
• Managing and dealing with external agencies
• People orientation and team management
• Leadership and decision making skills
• Internal Co-ordination with CRE’s Tele-calling team & Sales Team.
• Analyze customer feedback received through various touchpoints and develop counter measures to eliminate negative feedback from customers in future
• CRM activities planning for the current year in terms of Budget, activities and resources.
• Discuss with respective HOD and develop an action plan for CSI improvement at the dealership.
• Coordinate with Sales Head for closure of all the complaints as per the set time line.
• Provide feedback to Sales and After sales department on customer complaints or any other issues that may affect CSS.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
