Job Description
- Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the Centre.
- Contacting existing patients as well as prospective patients.
- Obtaining patient information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the patient and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the services.
- Taking and processing our services in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the patient on a regular basis.
- And most importantly, Lead Conversion.
