Commercial Bank: Wholesale Lending Services – BI Consultant/Lead BI Consultants – Associate (Job Code:- Grade 603/602) JPMorgan Chase & Co. JPM is comprised of four business segments, Consumer & Community Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate & Investment Bank and Asset & Wealth Management. Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) exists within Commercial Banking and provides loan servicing functions to all four JPMorgan lines of business. Position Overview The Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) BI Consultant will be focused on data simplification across WLS. BI consultant responsibilities include analyzing acquired data, evaluating existing system and testing new one. BI consultant will be responsible for reviewing current architecture, optimizing strategies, and work with the technical team to identify or predict key events for better decision-making. They constantly monitor processes, progress, and parameters, helping organizations to make the best use of data. They will work with the ultimate goal to increase efficiency, facilitate decision-making, and improve performance by aligning business requirements and data strategy. Core Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in design, development and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics systems.
• Work with technical resources to design and model the data warehouse systems.
• Assist in developing BI reporting and analysis applications
• Experience in Tableau Architecture Design, Server Administration and Reports Development. Ability to convert Business requirements into visualization specifications. Experience in Tableau training, presentations, and documentation development. .
• Advanced knowledge of reports performance optimization and customization.
• Must have exposure to Big data technology like HIVE, Cloudera.
• Strong knowledge in Data Analysis and data modelling with OLTP, OLAP and Cubes. Advance experience in dashboard design and development. Experience with REST API, patch application, monitoring and performance tuning on Windows Servers.
• Technically savvy – should be a quick learner to be advanced with the latest industry technology trends
• Fundamental knowledge of Data warehouses and reporting technologies on data warehouses, concepts of OLAP reporting and knowledge of dimensional relational and non-relational data models.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8-10+ years of experience
• Strong financial experience
• Experience with data mining
• Experience using business intelligence tools (like Tableau, Qliksense and Qlikview) and data processing frameworks (like Hadoop, Toad)
• SQL querying ability and presenting finding
• A solid understanding of good software development processes and experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Optimize Microsoft Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization
• Run various tools evaluation and provide a suitable recommendation based on substantial and reliable market information

• Tremendous passion towards learning is a must. You must be able to merge the art of consulting and the science of Design in visualization
• Strong presentation skills
