You will be using the latest technologies, data management, and security practices. Critical thinking, clear communication, and collaboration are key to successful product delivery. The Global Voice Recording team is responsible for various business enabling Compliance Voice Recording including. The team provides design, engineering, onboarding, and maintenance of services supporting new deployments, Migrations, product lifecycle, audit & compliance, and customer/business facing demand for JPMorgan Chase globally. Qualifications – Internal & External This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities including:

• BE/ME degree or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of Telecommunications/ Voice Recording and implementation experience within a large enterprise environment
• Knowledge of the voice and voice recording systems deployed within the financial services industry; NICE NTR, Compass, Redbox, IPC Unigy, Cloud 9, Mobile voice recording, large scale contact center recording, Storage technologies, recording assurance (record completeness)
• Knowledge of voice transport technologies and communication protocols; SBCs, SIPREC, SIP, RTP etc.
• Knowledge of system security; privileged access management, baseline configuration standards, network security.
• Development experience in Java,CSS,XML,XSL,Servlets,Webservices and Python programming language
• Experienced working with Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Ctree), writing optimized / performant SQL queries
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with clear communication
• Strong work ethic with a results oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate with different roles and different levels across different teams to achieve common goals
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills in a large enterprise environment
• This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
• Proficient knowledge in the following key areas: Hardware Architecture (performance testing, monitoring, operations), Hardware Benchmarking (program management, network management), Design (compliance, security), Network Engineering (planning, provision)
• Intermediate understanding of LOB technology drivers and their impact on architecture design
• Knowledge of more than one specific infrastructure technology
• This role requires to end to support Voice Recording platform such as MACD, Troubleshooting issues.
• Coordinate with team members to manage and contribute to daily team work load
• Perform root cause analysis with vendor and escalate Software or deployment issues
• Knowledge of Agile Practice
• Ready work on weekend and own the changes.
• This role requires to do on call when needed.
