As the Access and Controls management Professional in our Access administration team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

You will be part of the access administration team which is a critical aspect of information security.

Job responsibilities

Understanding of access provisioning on the firm’s requesting tools
Understanding of entitlements – Rule based and role based access controls based on approved matrix
Support with access reviews, internal readiness and preparation for audits
Driving training and awareness on key controls and periodic support with need based projects
Should have minimum of ten years experience and two years as people / program manager / associate / champion / partner
Understanding of operational controls on periodic certification of user tools, intelligent solutions, models
Engaging with global counterparts and driving daily operational routines, load balancing, reconciliations and process performance reporting . Supervising a team of processing analysts and control analysts

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Should have minimum of ten years experience and two years as people / program manager / associate / champion / partner
Excellent excel skills with strong ability to interpret data.
Strong ability to communicate with the global stakeholder at senior levels
Strong ability to perform various task based reports and activities for controls process.
Independently lead and steer initiatives to completion and manage risks/issues
Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Alteryx, power BI will be added advantage

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
A team player and adaptable to changing environment
