Corporate Human Resources plays an integral role in designing, implementing, and managing global initiatives across the firm. The functional areas within Corporate HR include global Recruiting, Training, Talent and Development, Performance Management, Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Technology, Finance, HR Service Delivery, and Chief Data Analytics Office (CDAO). Position Overview & Responsibilities
In addition to day-to-day operations for delivering data and reporting solutions to internal customers according to established Standard Licensing Agreements and project deadlines, the incumbent will focus on reporting strategy including continuous improvement and process efficiencies, automation and controls, partner with technology, and support deliverables across multiple practice areas for Chief Data Analytics Office .

Prior experience leading teams in the following activities is essential: manage an overall reporting intake and governance framework, supporting high volume ad-hoc reporting requests according to Service Level Agreement adherence to global data privacy protocols and security controls; maintenance and troubleshooting of reporting operational processes and infrastructure.
Strong storytelling and relationship management skills will be vital to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
This role will work in close partnership with both HR and non-HR clients to support the HR-related reporting needs of the firm in accordance with established data privacy standards. Specifically, the qualified candidate will:
Build scaled solutions to fulfill workforce data requests across lines of business, firmwide functions, and regions/markets
Identify opportunities to rationalize and automate the portfolio of CDAO reports & dashboards among HR and non-HR end-users
Demonstrate ability to translate business reporting requirements into meaningful, efficient, and sustainable reporting solutions
Lead delivery of Adhoc and Standard reports to clients across geographies and businesses in a seamless and timely manner with zero errors
Partner with Workforce Technology to highlights data issues and prioritize fix
Thoroughly understand available tools and processes to appropriately redirect to existing products or efficiently deliver reporting and analysis to clients
Drive continuous proves improvement including review, development, and modification of self-service reporting products available on the Workforce Analytics Portal
Participate in scheduled testing of data/data elements because of integrations, fixes, or product upgrades
Proactively manage data quality through auditing and analyzing report output
Deliver training to end-users on obtaining access, new products/processes, and reporting tool functionality as and when required
Assist with tracking and reporting of delivery metrics that represent the quantitative and qualitative productivity of the team
Qualifications/Requirements
Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream
5-7 years working in a reporting or similar role (ideally in Human Resources or related discipline) including 2-3 years of team management experience
Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills, ability to apply a range of analytical tools, gain and synthesize insights and develop solutions
Drive/motivate the team on and implementing changes and innovation
Advanced application skills with Business Intelligence tools (Business Objects) and MS Excel
Hands on experience Tableau or QlikView or any other visualization tool
Basic understanding of ETL using SQL and associated tools, understanding of data flows and backend connections for visualization tools
Exposure to HR Processes procedure and Improvement related initiatives a plus
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities, and tight timelines
Proficiency in development, documentation, and testing combined with aggressive triage/diagnosis and strong consulting skills
Requires attention to detail, organizational and ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of management across multiple businesses and geographies
Strong self-development focus. Must have an enthusiasm to learn.
