This role is focused on handling Administrative Assistant (Admin) as well as Business Management (BM) responsibilities for Centralized Research Group (CRG).
Posting Description :
The Centralized Research Group (CRG) is part of CIB R&A covering Banking globally. It works closely with the firm’s Investment Banking (IB), Commercial Banking (CB) and Global Corporate Banking (GCB) teams offering customized financial solutions across Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity / Debt capital raising, Credit, Treasury, Cash Management, Trade, and Markets, among others.
In this role, you will be working closely with the various stakeholders within and outside CRG as well as driving host of administrative and business management related initiatives for CRG.
Job responsibilities:
Manage and handle complex and detailed calendars, dealing with multiples and or urgent meeting conflicts, setting up of meetings and conference calls, internally and externally. Handle all associated logistical aspectsCoordinate travel arrangements (air, hotel accommodations and ground transportation); prepare detailed itineraries, required travel visas/documents, and assure accuracy and timely delivery of plans/tickets to travelersProcess invoices and T&E expense claims for team members timely. Ensure all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines. Act as a subject matter expert for policies and proceduresHelp on various MIS, dashboards, presentations, onboarding and offboarding processes, internal initiatives and creative solutions for ad-hoc requestsAssist with overflow, special projects, assistant back-up coverage and day-to-day tasks
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Excellent academic record with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant and / or Business Management roleGood knowledge of general office procedures (scheduling, expenses, calendar management and interview coordination) and strong working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel (macros, pivot tables, look-ups and filtering) and PowerPointAbility to retrieve information from different sources and work on large amount of dataProactive and highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong problem solving skills with high attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under pressureStrong team player with an ability to multi-task and operate in a lean team structureAbility to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment and willingness to taking on increased and/or new responsibilities at any time
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Basic knowledge of SharePoint, Tableau, VBA and Python is a plus
