Planning and Analysis Associate – Reporting and Analysis for Investment Products on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Partner US team on month end activities, Budget and CCAR
Job Responsibilities :
Attention to detail and an analytical bent of mind, ability to work with minimal supervision
Perform detailed quantitative analysis and design analytical framework to forecast key account performance and profitability drivers and improve forecasting methodologies
Create, maintain, and enhance multi-year financial models for the business, assessing the impact of strategic decisions and trade-offs on the P&L
Revenue Forecasting for Wealth Management business for month end and budgeting cycles with detailed variance analysis
Support multiple ad hoc requests from the Business and Senior Management in line with their expectations
Produce Business performance review materials and decks for an audience that includes senior business management leads. Provide key insights/commentaries on weekly, monthly and quarterly performance
Weekly, monthly, quarterly reports along with commentaries on product wise performance with focus on revenue, Data reconciliation across multiple systems – UAT of revenue and balances for new system being implemented
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
CA/MBA with 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis
Well versed in essbase, advanced excel and handling large volumes of data
Ability to multi-task and work independently within a team environment
Adaptable to change and ambiguity in the work environment.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and partnering skills
