Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
8+ years project management / business analysis experience
Background in Financial Services
Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management
Technical understanding of reconciliation design and processing
Experience in match rule setup including match rule and match profile
Experience of file mapping and transformation
Experience in reconciliation modelling
Experience with change management and facilitation
Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyse complex business processes and follow through with solutions
Experience in Managing a performing team
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
