Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of 10-15 people
Understand process end to end as well as fee policies
Ensure daily tasks are duly completed
Ensure relevant and adequate controls are in place and applied
Support the Front-Office with their queries
Partner with Operations, Technology
Question existing process and find more efficient solutions
Conduct performance reviews
Guide and coach individuals with their career goals
Drive project testing
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
At least 7-10 working experience with 3 years as a people manager
Strong analytical skills, methodic and attention to details
Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Control and Risk mindset is essential
Strong client focus
Ability to drive positive energy within the team
Ownership of issues and proactive approach to problem solving
Drives initiatives and motivate individuals
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
