Job Responsibilities
Review Loan documents and process transactions as per SLA
Perform activities such as review of underwriting documents, Deal closing and loan servicing activities
Interpret and understand legal documents pertaining to underwriting and perform due diligence to comply with the lending requirements
Process Financial Statements, Appraisal reports, Borrowing Base Certificate, Compliance Certificate, Mortgage documents, Credit Agreement and abstract critical data
Perform analysis of Financial Statements and complete spreading as per the guidelines
Performs required research on the received request within stipulated timelines
Follows up on deficient documentation with relevant stake-holders
Meet and exceed the turnaround time and accuracy rate as per the specified target
Ensure adherence to the quality control standards that have been set for the process
Team Player : be an effective team player, leading and participating in various engagement activities not just limited to process
Take ownership of career through self-learning and utilizing various online and instructor lead training / coaching modules in JPMC
Working successfully with others, valuing, and utilizing the different skills and experience of colleagues from across the organization, building interdependence to achieve shared objectives and goals
Knowledge sharing and effective hand holding of new joiners through the Buddy program
Ensure all mandatory/compliance training timelines are adhered
Develop Domain expertise across multiple lines of business to become Subject matter experts
Participate in periodic procedural reviews and suggest areas of enhancement
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred
6 months – 2 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis and Loan Operations
You should be open to work in night shifts
Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and across levels
Manage the complex requests with minimum supervision and independently make the decisions related to the process
Preferable knowledge on aspects of Financial Statements, MIS reporting, Credit Agreement and other loan documents
ACBS/VLS/LIQ servicing system knowledge preferred, Demonstrate the attributes of flexibility and accountability
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environment, Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Client relationship and time management, MS Office skills
Strong problem solving skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process, Risk & control mindset, Experience in driving small projects
