As a Technology Administrator working with a very small team to implement changes at a rapid pace and need to be ready to tackle the IT challenges faced by a startup-sized team of developers working in a very security-focused field, but with the support of the best technology and people in the industry.
Job Responsibilities :
Work within a technology start-up, or similar small to medium sized organization
A ‘home lab’ or technology setup you use to keep your skills up to date
A view that employee experience is a product, with a desire to constantly improve it
Required Qualification, Skills and Capabilities :
Experience provisioning, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting end user technology, including software and hardware
Experience of device management in Mac-based environments
Experience using identity and access management tools
Understanding of developer and engineering workflows and tools
Understanding of security policy implementation and related standards
Preferred Qualification, Skills and Capabilities :
Ability to work under own initiative
Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment within a geographically distributed team
Ability to focus on promptly addressing customer needs
Ability to work within a diverse and inclusive team
Technically curious, versatile and solution oriented
A lot of patience and customer support skills
