We are looking for a highly creative, passionate, and driven user experience designer to join our team focused on applications and solutions across Communication and Collaboration space to create a better experience for our global network of employees and increase productivity in their day to day jobs. We are looking for someone who can create wireframes, UI designs and interactive prototypes as well as work with the wider team.
You will be a part of our customer-centric User Experience teams and shape the future of how people use our products. You’ll work along multiple project initiatives and contribute to the vision of the global technology team. You’ll support our client-first mindset by collaborating with other designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to create designs that marry the best of user, business + technology thinking.
Job Responsibilities
creating wireframes, UI designs and interactive prototypes
building relationships with wider stakeholders and UX team
ability to distinguish between feature requests and design revisions from user goals and objectives
collaborating with project teams across both business and technology at all levels of seniority
creating wireframes, user interface design and prototypes using modern design tools
collaborate with UX Researchers for journey maps, personas, and usability testing
connecting great design principles and standards across linked product/solution areas to ensure user-centric, connected design
identify opportunities for design and process improvements and drive their implementation
partner with product and development teams to launch solutions that balance business, user, and technical priorities.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a UX/HCI, graphic design, or related field
7+ years in the UX Design field.
Portfolio required with examples of at least 3 design projects involving complex apps
Experience with Figma is a plus.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or React is a plus.
Experience with data visualization knowledge is a plus
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience in financial/banking domain
