Become Subject Matter Expert on data used in Monitoring reports in order to help guide developers, when required

Assist in writing use cases for program testing

Assist in root cause analysis for issues identified in testing and vetting

Respond to data questions from our business partners.

Manage the Evergreen Process to ensure our reports stay current

Recommend solutions for solving complex business challenges

Continually challenge yourself to expand and strengthen your skills

Effectively communicate with BA and Developers on the issues identified

Develop test plan, code validation procedures, job aids, tools and approaches and effective communication of defects

Perform code to business requirement validation

Write queries and run frequencies to validate population and output files

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

• Can identify problems effectively, systematically frames the problem, then leverage tools to identify multiple potential solutions and select the most feasible solution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to different audience levels
• Must be able to quickly and objectively analyze and evaluate issues and form decisions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to raise questions and seek clarification as required
• Self-motivated team player. Must possess the ability to research and resolve issues independently while working across teams to acquire needed information
• 3 years of min exp, Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or Master’s degree in any of the Quantitative disciplines is preferred

Preferred Skills And Capabilities

• Prior business requirements, procedures and documentation experience preferred
• Prior Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing experience preferred, Agile experience preferred
• Banking domain expertise preferable
• Understanding on banking product.
