JPMorgan Chase & Co. Looking For Business Analyst- Data, Reporting and Insights at Bengaluru, Karnataka, Full Time

The Business Analysts within BA, Reporting,& Insights Team will work closely with the Relationship BA Leads and the business (Contact Centre and Service Delivery) to support the delivery of business requirements. These can include gathering/documenting of business requirements and analysis of business problems using all available data, to provide descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis/insights. The person in this role will be using/applying relevant skills around querying data and putting data together that will tell a story around the problems being solved. The business analyst will also be responsible for executing the QA/testing of changes& production of new dashboards, ensuring that are 100% accurate.

Job Responsibilities

• Business Analysis to include descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis.
• Testing and QA of dashboard outputs to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Support BA Leads in writing business requirement documents / DUC requirements

Required Qualifications , Skills And Capabilities

• Proficiency in data query/ analysis (ie SQL)
• Highly proficient on MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Proficiency in using Alteryx is a plus

Preferred Qualifications , Skills And Capabilities

• Technical writing a plus
• Statistical Analysis/ R is a plus
