JPMorgan Chase & Co. Looking For Business Management- Operations Analyst at Bengaluru, Karnataka, Full Time

The business analyst will be a part of the centralized Access Control utility, responsible for submission of access requests for various applications within AWM. The access submissions are to be carried out across multiple firm wide requesting tools. The analyst will also be responsible to carry out a set of control activities and perform remediation to avoid unauthorized & inappropriate accesses to applications for end users.

Description for Internal Candidates

Job Responsibilities

• You are required to process end-user requests for role-based access to applications in multiple firmwide requesting tools and ensure all access deviations are captured and remediated
• You shall monitor the addition and deletion on a timely basis for any change of staffing or role
• You will build role-based profiles, manage profile re-certification exercise on periodic basis & contribute to process improvement projects
• You will train requesters in usage of access tool
• You are required to perform access management aligned control and governance activities

Preferred Qualification, Skills And Capabilities

• 1-3 years of business & operations specialist experience. Experience in Access Management domain will be an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree required
• You must have strong attention to detail
• You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You should have the ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
• Experience in Alteryx, Tableau, other intelligent automation tools will be an added advantage
