As“Finance Professional”in our“ Central Expenses P&A”, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

Job Responsibilities

• Delivering value-added financial reporting and analysis, and assisting with strategic direction and decision making
• Creating executive-level presentations that summarize results at various levels of the organization, including each line of business and consolidated CCB-level
• Performing variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets
• Driving improvements& design processes across LOBs
• Helping design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management
• Managing and prioritizing the requests and deadlines within the P&A calendar
• Enhancing controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Bachelors in Engineering or finance or economics and/or CA / CFA / MBA from top Tier institute is required
• 8+ years of post-qualification experience in any of Financial Planning and Analysis, Capital Stress testing, financial research, valuations, etc.,
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Essbase
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
• Inquisitive, enthusiastic, diligent, and capable of challenging peers
• Highly motivated self-starter, keen attention to detail, and work well under pressure and tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Business Intelligence and Programming tools knowledge preferred
