JPMorgan Chase & Co. Looking For Trading Services Analyst at Mumbai, Maharashtra, Full Time

• Ensure seamless service delivery & timely settlement Ordinary shares & ADR.
• Knowledge of trade processing & settlements.
• Knowledge of Swift messages MT540, MT542, MT544, MT546, MT548 & MT599.
• Understand complex product and process structures to effect changes impacting delivery of trades.
• Perform follow up of failing trades with Agent/Broker.
• Respond to queries received via mailbox and resolve any client issue on priority.
• Understand risks in the process and follow the controls implemented as per SOP.
• Ensure nil instances of SLA breach.
• A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate.
• To increase team efficiency by 10%, maintaining 100% quality levels.
• Graduate with min 6-7 years of Trade & Settlement Experience.
• Good PC skills including Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, Power point).
• Good written & oral communication skills in English.
• Good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally or externally and at all levels and should be a team player.
• Ensures that payment instructions are properly authenticated and authorized by appropriate parties in compliance with risk and control guidelines.
• Respond to queries received via mailbox and resolve any client issue on priority.
• Ensure that all relevant deadlines and stipulated controls are met.
• Provide MIS reports with accuracy and completeness of data.
• Assist in the training/education of other members in job functions/procedures relating to the unit.
• Process any required back-up tasks relating to production, identifying ways to improve current work practices.
• To work with minimum supervision and identify initiative to be undertaken.
• To participate in the rotation of functions within the group ensuring no degradation to work flows.
• Role involves processing of Trades during U.S. Hours, hence this will be a complete Night Shift Role.
