Qualification & Experience Range – 4-6 Years of relevant Experience Post Diploma, BE/ B. Tech

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• To ensure the quality of material such as flux (Lime, Dolomite), DRI, Scrap which is charged into Furnace.

• Follow SOP & work protocols, Work Permits for class 1 work.

• To monitor all parameters such as decarburization, dephosphorization, temperature of furnace, quality of slag, high yield less power consumption.

• To ensure all health & safety parameters of furnace are within limits.

• Working as a Melter & making different grades of steel.

• Operating LRF & VD as per SOP.

• LRF Co-ordinator for process control & sequence matching at LRF- CCM.
