Speciality Chemicals Segment : We propose to launch a new platform of Diketene & its value-added derivatives, forward integrate our crop protection chemicals to value-added agrochemicals (Herbicides, Fungicides & Insecticides) by adding new facilities. We are an established ‘partner of choice’ in CDMO, with more Invest plans in GMP & Non-GMP multi-product facility for Pharma & Crop Protection customers.

Nutrition & Health Solutions Segment : We propose to expand the existing capacity of Vitamin B3 to continue being one of the market leaders and introduce new branded animal as well as human nutrition and health premixes.

Chemical Intermediates Segment : We propose to expand our existing acetic anhydride capacity and add value added anhydrides and aldehydes and enhance volumes in speciality ethanol.

We have 5 world-class manufacturing facilities i.e. One in UP at Gajraula, Two in Gujarat at Bharuch and Baroda, Two in Maharashtra at Nira and Ambernath . We operate 61 Plants across these 5 sites giving is multi-plant and multi-location advantage.

The Position

Key Responsibilities

Project/Program Management

• Facilitate projects as per planned schedule specially for Social Entrepreneurship project
• Project formulation and implementation as per the need of the local community in respect of Education/Community Health/ Livelihood generation or any other area assigned time to time as per the requirement of the local community
• Conduct Programs geared towards building competencies of target audiences and participants
• Ensure quality delivery of funded projects involving in depth impact analysis of Tasks
• Practice timely documentation of all the activities related to projects

Relationship Management

• Extend support and mentor team members to execute project tasks.
• Liaise with government agencies, NGO’s and private service providers between donor or and community.
• Engagement with Funder/Partners of the projects

Financial Management

• Handle budgeting and costing for projects, track expenses and monitor adherence to budgeted estimates; liaise with Funding Agencies for Finance.
• Upgrade the performance of partner projects in the area of Financial
• Administration and MIS.

Training & Development

• Interact with client organizations, develop leaders to assess training needs & Conduct workshops, classroom sessions etc.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through monitoring and evaluation viz data analysis and development of various monitoring format related to program, data presentation ad need base action plan.

The Person

• Qualifications & Experience

Masters in Rural development / Management / Social work from premier institute like XISS, IRMA TISS etc. with 5 Years of Experience

• Personal Characteristics

Good interpersonal and people management skills.
