#Ensure Feedback from Customers through Cards & Action on dissatisfied Customers .
#Complaints Tracking & Pending Complaints Reports .
# Complaints Resolution Compliance as per System .
#Organizing Customer meets .
#Ensuring Customer Feedback during checkup Camps .
