Job Description:

• Install and configure software and hardware.

• Set up accounts and workstations.

• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.

• Troubleshoot issues and outages.

• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.

• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.

• Update the schedule and timings of online classes.

• Provide technical support for conducting of online classes.

• Co-ordinate with software vendor for solutions to the problems that arise daily.

• Update the DPS Staff regarding the changes in software and release of any updates.

• Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop environment.

• Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations.

• Manage entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies.

• Develop and maintain vendor relations.
• Inform senior staff about industry innovations and recommend relevant upgrades.

Skills Required:

• Hands on experience using Windows and Linux Operating System. * Knowledge of networking protocols.

• Proficient with Google, Microsoft and Cisco Applications.

• Good communication & written skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Minimum 3+ Years

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
