K Raheja Corp Looking For Strategic EA to CEO at Mumbai Metropolitan Region Full Time

Key purpose of the job: The role is responsible for providing necessary business and operational support to the CEO.

The role will support management in on-going projects by conducting regular project-wise revenue, cost and profitability analysis, & undertake forecasting revenue & costs and report on variances with respect to planned / budgets.

The role requires regular monitoring of the projects by proactively tracking monthly forecast vs actuals, working with relevant functions to monitor trends and provide regular briefing and reports to senior management

Strategic

• Track competitor companies and projects on a continuous basis and share relevant periodic updates, articles and presentations to the concerned stakeholders with short term and long-term views on industry factors like project / organization performances, investments, regulations, demand supply, competitive landscape and profitability, etc.

Operational

• Perform financial analysis of specific projects, market research and competitor benchmarking in specific micro-markets.
• In Collaboration with Marketing and Sales team, identify outcomes of specific campaigns, schemes, promotions etc
• Identify potential risks along with their impacts on the projects and highlight it to senior management team
• Responsible to make financial models of projects along with strategic and scenario analysis to determine present and future financial performance
• Design and update MIS reports with the objective of providing the right insights to concerned stakeholders
• Ensure follow-ups and monitor progress of all on-going projects for respective project deliverables to ensure adherence to the budget requirements and timeframes
• Monitor progress of various projects including tracking of critical milestones and report to senior management.

Developmental

• Review and forecast the quarterly financial performance of competitor companies in the sector
• Analyse the impact of key developments in the sector that affect industry performance such as a change in government policy, impact on acquisition, etc.

Education & Experience Requirement:

• CA with 1- 2 years of experience in similar role with exposure to Strategic initiatives.
