Required Candidate Profile
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Science, Arts & Commerce
Minimum B.Ed Experience: 2 to 3 years of work experience in academics with minimum 1 year of work
experience as a teacher/Coordinator / Supervisor / HOD / Lead Teacher / Academic Manager

Job Description
Hiring an experienced educator to support the sales team in academic discussion with the school
management and Principals. Should be in line with the vision and mission of the organisation.
The ideal candidate needs to be academically strong with a flair for coordination within the team.

Key Responsibility:
– Understand the entire curriculum – grade wise offerings
– Understanding the entire implementation process
– Should be ready to travel within the city or at times out of city.

Expected Competencies:
– Sound technical skills and aware of ERP
– Self-driven individual that connects with individuals in order to build rapport.
– Proficiency in presenting concepts, ideas through ppt or word document.
– Demonstrated ability to work in a high growth and dynamic environment.
– Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand requirements of the schools.
– Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
