Kaaiser Australian Education Hiring for HR Assistant Manager at Delhi, Delhi Full Time

Responsibilities:

• · Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
• · Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
• · Recommend strategies to motivate employees
• · Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
• · Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
• · Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
• · Perform orientation and onboarding and update records of new staff
• · Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
• · Produce and submit reports on general HR activity to management

Requirements:

• · Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or related (essential)
• · Good knowledge of Naukri, Linked IN etc for job posting and search
• · 3-10 years of experience as an HR executive (essential)
• · Efficient HR administration and people management skills
• · Good record-keeping skills
• · Good knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• · Good written and verbal communication skills
• · Computer literacy with MS Office, Outlook email and related HR software

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
