Here are the key expectations from the role:

• 1. Maintain up-to-date billing system
• 2. Generate and send out invoices
• 3. Follow up on due payments, collect and allocate payments
• 4. Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
• 5. Perform account reconciliations and get quarterly balance confirmations
• 6. Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• 7. Review and resolve payment discrepancies
• 8. Generate periodical ageing analysis to ensure compliance
• 9. Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
• 10. Support vendor master creation documents to customers
• 11. Prepare bank deposits
• 12. Investigate and resolve customer queries
• 13. Process adjustments
• 14. Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
• 15. Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
• 16. Assist with month-end closing
• 17. Collect data and prepare monthly metrics
• 18. Prepare Bank reconciliation statements
• 19. Prepare Cash flow statements
• 20. Preparing sales commission and incentive reports

Preferred Skills

• 1. Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• 2. Working Knowledge of SAP B1 must
• 3. Should have good written and oral communication skills.
• 4. Other skills required are related to problem solving, entering, and verifying data, knowledge of computers, various software applications and standard office equipment.
