Full Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing and increasing the efficiency of training programs or training activities within the dealership .
- Responsible to enhance knowledge levels, skill levels and overall quality capabilities of dealer Technicians.
- Conducting test of technicians to ensure that they are following the protocol of identifying the faults in vehicle
- Ensuring safety of technicians
- Maintain regular contact with Toyota Representatives
Essential Requirements:
- Should have at least 3 years of experience as a trainer in automotive industries.
- Excellent presentation & interpretation skills
- Bachelors in engineering (Mechanical) is a must
- Good knowledge in working with MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Toyota experience will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
