Job Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing and increasing the efficiency of training programs or training activities within the dealership .
• Responsible to enhance knowledge levels, skill levels and overall quality capabilities of dealer Technicians.
• Conducting test of technicians to ensure that they are following the protocol of identifying the faults in vehicle
• Ensuring safety of technicians
• Maintain regular contact with Toyota Representatives

Essential Requirements:

• Should have at least 3 years of experience as a trainer in automotive industries.
• Excellent presentation & interpretation skills
• Bachelors in engineering (Mechanical) is a must
• Good knowledge in working with MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Toyota experience will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
