Job Description: 
1.Proper Implementation of Safety Standards, Ensuring employees wearing PPEs as per OHS Standards
2.To lead safety committee meetings and coordinate for plant safety requirements.
3.To implement safety permits and ensure adherence all plant personnel.
4.Responsible for coordinating with Functional heads on Manpower requirements
5.Comply with all Plant Statutory requirements
6.To ensure Transport efficiency and employee performance & Morale improvements.
7.To closely work with external stakeholders (Community) for maintaining smooth relationship.
8.To comply with all plant statutory norms pertaining to Factory.
9.Will closely work along with Plant Head on all IR requirements.
10.Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
11.Maintain and develop effective internal procedures, handle employee-related issues, Plant Recruitment and retention efforts, and keep performance
12.Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Candidate Requirement

1.Proven working experience as HR Manager.
2.People oriented and results driven
3.Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
4.Knowledge of HR systems and databases
5.Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
6.Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
7.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
8.In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
9.Degree in MBA-Human Resources / MSW or related field..

Experience: 
10 – 12 years
