Kanoka Village Resort Hiring for General Manager at Dhekiajuli Full Time

We need an experienced person from the hospitality industry to head the general management of the resort. Must have played similar roles in other reputed organizations.

You work will be, but not limited to:

• Making sure all guests receive a high quality of service
• Oversight the daily operations of the resort
• Planning marketing campaigns
• Planning budgets, setting sales targets and managing accounts
• Analyzing sales figures and producing reports for different departments
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Meeting and greeting VIP / Celebrity guests
• Dealing with customers’ complaints and other problems
• Organizing building maintenance
• Making sure that the hotel meets health, safety and security regulations and licensing laws.

You will be looking over these departments currently:

• Housekeeping
• Food and Drinks
• Restaurant
• Front Office
• Security Service

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹720,000.00 per year
