Job descriptionWe are looking for Front Office ExecutiveTo welcome Assist Clients on their arrival in office.Take down customers details and information. (Forms and official Templates to be filled). * Confirm their purpose of visit and Guide them accordinglyAttending calls- Receiving, and responding, Transferring calls to appropriate departments, providing full. information, and support to the caller.Maintaining walk-in register and admin registers.Preparation of database of Client contacts and updating.Filling papers/bills and important documents.Creating agreements and managing other banking workGenerating daily report and passing it to the concerned team Manager (Stocks, Sales, Walk inn).Supervising Office Assistant House Keeping Staff.Maintains confidentiality at all time of the organization fiscal and personnel related information.Skill Set RequiredCandidate must have good presentable personality.Must have good communication skill & interpersonal skills/Soft SkillsMust be flexible with working time.Candidate must have Good knowledge of computers.Should Speak English, Telugu & Hindi Fluently.Should be a quick learner & should have Multi tasking ability.Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client, staff and customers.Graduation Preferred but mot mustAge 19 to 30 yearsJob Location : Jubilee HillsTimings : 10 AM to 6:30 PMJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
