Kapable Hiring for Soft Skills Trainer at New Delhi Full Time

We are looking for facilitators who are passionate about helping children & adults become 21st Century ready by helping them think better, speak better and work better. The trainer would be responsible for delivering modules on the 4Cs i.e. communication, critical thinking, creativity & collaboration.

Job Role

• Be a learning facilitator in both online and offline environments for children above the age of 4 and adults
• Create an open and inclusive learning environment

• Train students on subjects like public speaking, innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship
• Engage students through fun formats & methodologies
• Create personalized learning journeys for students & help achieve desired learning outcomes
• Probe learners to ask questions and think deeply about concepts and their application in a real-life context

Requirements

• Energetic and Lively
• Great command of the English language
• Good screen presence
• Drive conversations with the students and parents
• Presence of mind to handle parent queries
• Believe in conceptual learning
• Adapt to non-conventional methods of teaching
• Facilitate the class with minimal supervision
• Open to feedback and accept constructive criticism
• Comfortable with technology and dealing with digital content
• Available to work on weekends (Mondays are weekly offs)
• Available to work from office between 11am – 9pm between Tuesday-Sunday

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
