Welcome to Karachi Bakers.We are looking for candidates joining us as Customer Relationship Executive / Officers in Hyderabad. Having experience in Customer Care with good attitude and zeal to help customers& build trusting relationships with clients and protect the brand by maintaining a positive image.Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.Guide and lead team members to deliver products/services that meet or exceed the customer requirements.Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion.Manage and train resources to ensure quality and consistency of service to customers.Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-sellingJob Requirements.*

• A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Superior product knowledge.

• A team player with leadership skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
