• To set and monitor realistic and achievable sales, finance, insurance, MGA & customer satisfaction performance targets to achieve the Overall target & other relative targets.

Setting Marketing strategies to target new business and fleet companies.

To set & execute the Monthly incentive scheme as per the prevailing market trend with communication to GM-Sales

To ensure that dealer Discount Policy to be followed by entire sales team to maintain the organization profitability.

To ensure that all outstanding payments be follow up and the realization of the same should be well on time.

Monitoring “Customer Complaints Rates”, “Enquiry Response Rate” and “Sales Satisfaction Index” to ensure that these should be maintained as per the Maruti Specified Norms.

Monitor customer satisfaction feedback forms to analyze the customer perspective and to Share the same with sales staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
