Insurance broking firm is looking for an Executive Back Office Operations:

Roles and responsibilities
New Business Processes:
· Receiving /Uploading Proposal Forms
· Information data entry
· Insurance Quote Creations
· Proposal Generation
· Issuing Insurance Policies
· Policy Maintenance and Administration Services
Policy Checking
· Reviewing policy documents for complete and genuine information
· In case of renewals, make sure the policy matches the proposal or previous term policy
· Variance recording based on detailed review findings
· Revision of policy document based on variance reported to carriers and the entire insurance commission management
· Delivery of final policy document without and reported variances
· Billing & Accounts Receivable
o Accurate and timely delivery of requirements
o Receiving and recording payments
o Checking if premium installment has been set up as per customer’s preference
Maintaining good relationship with Insurance companies.
Follows through on commitments made to customers and strives to provide a great customer experience
Takes efforts to gather market information from multiple sources.
Ensures self and team understand the urgency of work and take accountability.
Gathers and evaluates information to take decisions which will enhance the effectiveness of the department
Motivates team members to set stretched goals
Plan for training, communication of new systems to internal teams.
Ensure inwarding, policy issuance, dispatch are done as per agreed timelines.
Skills required:
1.Good communication skills. 2.Flexible & adaptable to change. 3.Well versed with MS Office. 4.Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Should have worked with Insurance broking firms.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
