PDI In-charge

• Responsible in the coordinating of work involved in the operations of Pre-Delivery Inspections
• Administer, in proper order, all PDI documentations in areas of job cards, invoices, warranty, claims, creation of purchases order and GRN’s
• Assign a monitor of PDI works by technicians
• Liaise with contractors for the necessary PDI work to be performed.
• Performing of quality checks on PDI work by technicians
• Ensure quality of new cars be at levels of meeting customer expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction at delivery.
• Provide administrative and technical support to sales personnel at point of delivery
• Liaise for outstanding PDI work to be performed (if any) after delivery.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
