About the Role :
As a Team Lead- Digital Marketing (Social) you are required to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across Social Media Channels like Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, YouTube and Twitter and manage Ad campaigns on Meta’s platforms like Facebook Ads & Instagram Ads.
You are expected to have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the Digital Marketing team and supporting teams like content, design, events & software development to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:

• Enhancing brand awareness for KC, Elan & coursefinder.ai on Social Media Platforms and within the digital space
• Creating Social Media Strategies to grow the followers across channels and increase user engagement
• Developing, implementing, and managing Paid Marketing Campaigns for Facebook & Instagram Ads to promote KC’s services
• Creating Social Media Marketing Calendars as per the trends and industry updates and ensure use of relevant hashtags, tags, and collaborations.
• Driving website traffic from Social Media Platforms – both free & paid to acquire maximum leads & conversions within the given budgets
• Monitor and report on competitors’ social media strategies to inform decision-making and stay ahead of the curve.
• Monitor and analyse social media metrics to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement
• To track, measure and report the performance of social media marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• To optimise existing campaigns based on performance and implement learnings / suggestions from management/ business teams.
• Manage and optimize Facebook store pages with expertise.
• To collaborate with internal stakeholders- design team, events team & development team to create landing pages and improve the user experience.
• To collaborate with the video team to develop engaging content for Instagram Reels and YouTube videos.
• To collaborate and coordinate with influencers to increase our Social Media presence and outreach.
• To collaborate with external stakeholders like agencies and other partners to execute plans and strategies for brand success.

Key Skills :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in META Ads & Social Media Marketing across B2C & B2B products and Services.
• Bachelors / master’s in computer science/ communications/ advertising/ marketing would be preferred
• Candidates working with youth-centric brands and managing their social media pages would be preferred
• Must have:
• Exceptional skills of Facebook & Instagram Advertising
• Exceptional at writing Ad copies and managing campaigns
• Expertise in managing and optimizing Social Media Channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in creating engaging Reels
• Good creativity skills
• Good at Data analysis
• Hands-on experience of using AI tools like Chat GPT for Writing Social Media Content/ Ad Copies
• Hands on experience of managing social media tools like Facebook Business Suit, Instagram Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media Marketing and measurement.
